Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 working days after payment confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the items and our current stock levels.

Typical Shipping Duration: Usually, we ship orders within 7 days. However, for rare plants or due to unforeseen issues with our stock, shipping can take up to 21 days.

Shipping Area: We currently ship orders only within India, utilizing the most reliable courier services available. Our plants may be shipped from any of our packing or warehousing units across the country.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are applicable on all orders and will be displayed at the checkout stage of your purchase.

Handling of Delays: In cases where we cannot ship within 21 days due to issues beyond our control, customers will be informed and a full refund will be issued.

Damaged Shipments: Upon receipt of a shipment, if any package appears to be damaged during transit, customers are advised to raise a complaint directly with the courier service. Bangalore Agrico will assist in the resolution process but is not responsible for damages caused during shipping.
